These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phplaysa website located at phplaysa.club and any associated mobile-optimised pages, subdomains, or services operated by phplaysa ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the phplaysa Platform, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

phplaysa reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phplaysa Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phplaysa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on phplaysa, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law, including the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phplaysa, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the phplaysa Platform or on any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a phplaysa account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phplaysa reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phplaysa account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phplaysa employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon detection.

When registering for a phplaysa account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplaysa login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify phplaysa immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. phplaysa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

phplaysa operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any other time phplaysa deems necessary. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number)

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. phplaysa will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any outstanding requirements to the Player via the registered email address or mobile number.

phplaysa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your phplaysa account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your phplaysa account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not commingled with phplaysa's operational funds. This arrangement is designed to protect player balances in the event of phplaysa's insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your phplaysa wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to phplaysa's anti-money laundering obligations.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• phplaysa does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• phplaysa reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Any funds deposited into your phplaysa account that remain unused for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity may be classified as dormant. phplaysa will notify you via your registered contact details before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant account balances remain the property of the Player and are recoverable upon account reactivation subject to identity verification.

phplaysa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

General conditions applicable to all phplaysa bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• phplaysa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• phplaysa reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if phplaysa has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of promotional systems, or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on the phplaysa Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and specialty titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party auditors. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

By participating in any game on phplaysa, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by a certified random process and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action outside of the game's normal mechanics.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phplaysa's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, phplaysa will restore your account balance to the state it was in immediately before the interrupted round commenced.
• phplaysa reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that has materially affected the game outcome.

Specific rules for individual game categories — including Slot, Bingo, Cocktail Nights, Joker Poker, and live dealer games — are available within each game's dedicated help or information section on the phplaysa Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplaysa Platform. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the normal operation of any game.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's code to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned to phplaysa.
• Use the phplaysa Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with phplaysa.
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Use the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or are otherwise prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward phplaysa staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the phplaysa Platform — including but not limited to the phplaysa brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phplaysa or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phplaysa Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phplaysa Platform without phplaysa's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of phplaysa's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplaysa, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phplaysa Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond phplaysa's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

phplaysa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phplaysa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phplaysa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phplaysa is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your phplaysa account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phplaysa account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phplaysa Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phplaysa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring phplaysa to restrict or close the account.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your phplaysa account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and phplaysa's anti-money laundering obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct — phplaysa reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and to pursue any additional remedies available under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phplaysa Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phplaysa's customer support team. phplaysa will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. phplaysa's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phplaysa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phplaysa will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the phplaysa Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

The version of these Terms currently displayed on this page is the version in force. Previous versions are available upon written request to phplaysa's support team.
